Special Holiday Service Schedule for Air Cargo Shipping
Aloha Air Cargo will observe special operating hours in observance of the Thanksgiving Day Holiday. Please note that we will NOT provide Aloha Same Day services on Thursday, November 25, 2021. Note that animal bookings/shipments will not be taken on this day. ALL Shippers may tender or pickup within operating hours as noted below (if you have any questions or concerns please contact the Customer Service Team). Please plan for your business needs accordingly.

Holiday Hours of Operation: 6am – 12pm & 3pm – 7pm - Hilo (ITO) / Kahului (OGG) / Lihue (LIH) / Kona (KOA) Stations
Holiday Hours of Operation: 6am – 8am - Los Angeles (LAX) Station
Holiday Hours of Operation: 9am – 6pm **minimal staffing due to holiday**
NOTE: The Aloha Customer Service Call Center will be Open from 6am – 10am on the above holiday noted above. All inquiries via email and/or voicemail received after those hours will be addressed the following day during normal business hours.
