Please note that we will NOT provide Aloha Same Day services on Monday, September 5, 2022 in observance of the Labor Day Holiday. Note that animal bookings/shipments will not be taken on this day. ALL Shippers may tender or pickup within operating hours as noted below. Please plan for your business needs in advance.

Holiday Hours of Operation: 6am – 8am & 3pm – 7pm
Los Angeles (LAX) Station
Holiday Hours of Operation: 6am – 3pm **there will be minimal staffing due to holiday**
NOTE: The Aloha Customer Service Call Center will be opened from 6am – 10am. All inquiries via email and/or voicemail received will be addressed the following day during normal business hours.
