Aloha Air Cargo’s flight schedule is based on regular service commitments for our Aloha Next Flight
Out and Aloha Standard Overnight products; operating weekly Sunday through Friday.

Drop-Off and Pickup Times

For all Next Flight Out shipment requests, please contact our Customer Service Call Center toll
free: 1-888-94-25642 to check availability. Once confirmed, cargo needs to be tendered at
least 2 hours prior to the flight. Services based on flight and space availability at time of booking.
For all Standard Overnight shipments, cargo should be tendered anytime during normal
operating hours. Interisland cargo will be moved overnight and may be picked up the following
morning after 6am. Services based on flight and space availability at time of tender.

• Thursday, 11/28 – Thanksgiving Day
• Monday, 12/25 – Christmas Day
• Monday, 1/1 – New Year’s Day

Please note that we will NOT provide Aloha Next Flight Out services on these days; shippers may
tender within noted hours before and after the holiday for normal Aloha Standard Overnight
services with pickup the following morning after 6am.

Note that animal bookings/shipments will not be taken on these days.

For the following Federal holidays, we will have NORMAL hours of operation, however we will NOT
provide Aloha Same Day services.
