Articles or substances capable of posing a significant risk to health, safety, or property when transported by air are classified as “Dangerous Goods” by the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Although we are unable to provide a comprehensive list of items considered “dangerous” due to constant changes in regulations, current examples of dangerous goods include:
- Flammable materials such as propane, gasoline, and matches magnetic materials, lithium batteries, etc.
- Vessels containing compressed gas such as scuba tanks.

Aloha Air Cargo transports Dangerous Goods via overnight service to all Hawaii destinations, however, some restrictions and additional fees may apply. Please contact our agents if you have any questions regarding the shipment of dangerous goods.
